Job Description
We are looking for a skilled IoT Lead Engineer to lead a small team and manage the development of end-to-end IoT products. This includes hardware design, firmware development, cloud integration, testing, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of 3–5 engineers (embedded & hardware).
* Oversee circuit design, PCB, and embedded firmware (ESP32, Arduino).
* Manage cloud integration (MQTT, Firebase, etc.).
* Ensure quality testing, deployment, and project timelines.
* Coordinate documentation and team task management.
Required Skills:
* Strong in embedded C/C++, IoT protocols, and hardware debugging.
* Experience with PCB tools like KiCAD or Altium.
* Knowledge of cloud platforms and data flow tools (Node-RED, InfluxDB is a plus).
* Proven team or project lead experience.
Qualifications:
* B.E./B.Tech in ECE, EEE, Embedded, or related field.
* 3–5 years of hands-on IoT product experience.
