Job Description

Role: HR and Admin
Human Resources responsibilities
Policy and compliance:
Develop and implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws and
regulations.
Employee lifecycle management:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes, including managing HR paperwork
and maintaining employee records.
Compensation and benefits:
Administer payroll processing and manage employee benefits enrollment and
administration.
Employee relations:
Address employee concerns, resolve workplace issues, and foster positive employee
relations.
Training and development:
Support training initiatives and development programs.
Administrative responsibilities
Office operations:
Manage general office administration, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the
workplace.
Vendor management:
Handle procurement, process invoices, and manage relationships with vendors and
suppliers.
Inventory and facilities:
Oversee office inventory, such as IT equipment and supplies, and manage facilities.
Travel and logistics:
Arrange business travel and accommodation for staff, and manage logistics for company
events.

Record keeping:
Maintain departmental and administrative records.
Required skills and qualifications
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
• Proficiency with HR and administrative software
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Experience- Minimum 3+yrs
