We are looking for a passionate Technical Lead with preferred experience in the HVAC / Cold Storage
domain. Preferred Experience level is 10-15 years.
Job Requirements:
• Heat Load calculation expertise – Must have skills.
• AutoCAD or Solid works or sketch up designing experience, who has built small, medium or
big cold storage projects from scratch.
• Excellent inter communication skills (inhouse & external vendor) , Multi lingual preferred.
• Good project design, planning & executing skills with a positive and innovative approach.
• Enthusiastic in learning new concepts quickly and communicating ideas clearly and
effectively.
• Ability to build new territories and expand opportunities towards the achievement of stated
targets.
• Possess valuable insights, keen analysis and openness to learn to implement best practices.
• Ensure and oversee timely delivery of the projects. (achievement and awards if any ).
• Team management and vendor management experience.
• Follow up & monitoring the project and service delivery.
• Application engineering of Refrigeration system used in Dairy, Cold storages, food &
beverages industry.
• Development of additional safety features for the cold room application.
• Preparing BOQ (Bill of quantity), BOM (Bill of material), P&I and execution.
• Trouble shooting & Commissioning of freezers upto -40 Deg C.
• Develop new vendor and contractors.
This will be a role working onsite & Offsite and closely connected with our customer & partners.
